Web and Landing Pages
Writing an effective landing page is an art.
Every word is fighting for the reader’s attention. I write web copy thoughtfully to achieve the page's goal.
Are we pushing sales, booking reservations, or giving info? Everything must have a purpose.
Promotion landing pages are delicate, they require a lot of explanation so the reader actually understands how to win the big ticket prize. We work very closely with legal on specific "chance" jargon since winning is not a guarantee.
Grand National Golf is Grand Casino's professional sized golf course. For the past three years, I have bee their dedicated copywriter for their promotions. Their landing page is a soft-sales tone since most people don't book directly from the landing page.
The GM of Grand National Golf asked me to create different tier names that could reflect the value of the summer punch cards. Each year, the punch cards become increasingly popular.
This is the landing page for the June 2025 gift giveaway. June's theme is "Retro Summer".
